Application Cases
Airbus
In response to the production and machining requirements for the Airbus A320 and A350, SAKA's German facility provided the BC570 machine solution. For carbon fiber workpieces, vacuum suction was specifically adopted, with dust extraction channels designed into the fixtures and connected to dust extraction piping and vacuum pumps. The machine is equipped with a 33‑pocket chain‑type tool magazine, achieving tool change times of less than 10 seconds.
Product Application: BC570
Suzhou GE
GE Aviation is a world-leading manufacturer of jet and turboprop engines, components, and integrated systems for civil, military, business, and general aviation aircraft.
Product Application: BC570
FACC
FACC has been engaged in the R&D and production of lightweight plastic components for civil aviation for over three decades and is a leading global Tier 1 supplier of large‑scale assemblies and systems. To date, FACC has purchased multiple MAKA machines.
Product Application: MM7 Fixed Gantry
CNBM Aviation
To address the challenges of efficient and high-quality machining of large aerospace composite material components by China National Building Materials Group, MAKA provided a complete solution for the BC570 overhead gantry five-axis machining center, equipped with a high negative pressure dust extraction system for the spindle and a low negative pressure space dust extraction system to remove carbon fiber dust generated during high-speed milling of composite materials.
Product Application: BC570
Huarui Aviation
The high-rail bridge-type 5‑axis machining center supplied to Huarui Aviation is equipped with a 33‑pocket follow‑type chain tool magazine and a high‑negative‑pressure spindle dust extraction system, making it ideal for precision machining of aerospace composites such as carbon fiber. This model features a laser tool setter and contact‑type probing system, delivering exceptional repeat positioning accuracy to meet the demanding requirements of high‑efficiency, high‑cleanliness machining of aluminum alloys, thick carbon fiber, and Kevlar panels.
Product Application: BC570-M
SAC
To support the capacity upgrade of composite component production at Shenyang Aircraft Corporation (SAC), a key domestic aviation manufacturer, MAKA has specifically provided the BC570‑L high‑rail gantry 5‑axis machining center. Featuring an extended working envelope of X12,000 / Y6,000 / Z1,800 mm and 5‑axis simultaneous capability, the machine is purpose‑built for large‑scale aerospace composite structures. It is equipped with a 33‑pocket follow‑type chain tool magazine, a high‑negative‑pressure spindle dust extraction system, and a Renishaw laser tool setter, ensuring exceptional repeat positioning accuracy while meeting the high‑efficiency machining requirements of aluminum alloys, carbon fiber, and Kevlar. In response to SAC's advanced composite processing needs, MAKA has also supplied a 5‑axis gantry bridge‑type CNC milling machine featuring an integrated ultrasonic spindle. The system incorporates an in‑machine measurement system, enabling precision machining of non‑metallic materials including carbon fiber, aramid fiber, and fiberglass. Equipped with a multi‑stage high‑ and low‑negative‑pressure dust extraction system, it effectively controls dust emissions during processing, meeting the stringent standards of cleanliness and high‑precision manufacturing required in the aerospace industry.
Product Application: BC570-L
SAMC
To meet the production requirements of Shanghai Aircraft Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (SAMC) for ultra‑large aerospace composite structural components, MAKA has designed a high‑precision large‑scale 5‑axis CNC machining center. The machine features an extended working envelope (X‑axis: 35m / Y‑axis: 8m / Z‑axis: 2m) and is specifically engineered for aerospace carbon fiber composite structures. With its 5‑axis simultaneous machining capability and specialized process systems, it fully satisfies the integrated, high‑precision manufacturing requirements of large wing and fuselage composite components.
Product Application: BC570-XL
COTESA
The bridge‑type gantry machining center configured for COTESA is specifically designed for processing carbon fiber and glass fiber laminates. It is equipped with high‑ and low‑negative‑pressure dust extraction systems and a dual tool magazine configuration (20 tools each), delivering high‑efficiency precision machining while ensuring a clean and safe production environment.
